- How durable is a single knot wig?
- They will last as well as a double knot wig with the proper care.
- As with all hand tied wigs you want to be very careful when washing and styling not to be rough or rub the knots vigorously.
- Are these knots bleached?
- No. The knots look invisible as we use a custom technique to avoid the knots during the colouring process. Not bleaching the knots helps maintain the integrity and strength of the original knot.
- Receiver is responsible for any Duty, Customs or Import charges. All additional charges based on the the Receiver’s country are out of our control and the sole responsibility of the Receiver.
- Please be aware that actual colors may vary from what you see on your computer monitor or phone screen. Every effort is made to show the pieces in a variety of lighting. If you require any additional photos please DM or email and we will be happy to send.
- Always use salon grade products free of sulphates, heavy silicons and proteins for your Bijoux wig. It is normal to see some colour rinse out with the darker colour for the first few washes as each wig is custom coloured with salon grade hair colouring products.
- Since these wigs are colored with salon grade dyes and not factory dyed (textile dyes) some additional color work could be required over time as the colors oxidize or fade.

Please use cool water when washing and always use salon grade sulfate free products. Using proper washing methods and appropriate products is essential to maintaining these custom colors as well as the hair quality.

Return & Exchange Policy
There is a 5-day return/exchange policy for all purchases from www.bijouxwigs.com provided the items are in new, unused and unaltered condition. Lace fronts must be intact. Colour and cut must be in original selling condition. Custom orders are FINAL SALE.
The 5-day return policy begins when your item is received from the shipping carrier. Bijoux Wigs uses a tracking system for all items shipped.
Bijoux Wigs will email you UPS return paperwork, customs documentation and shipping labels that will be used for returning approved items within the return window. The customer will be responsible for the $50 USD return shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

A Bijoux Wigs representative will be in contact with you once the item is received and inspected to process the return/exchange.
Refunds/Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving. It can take up to 7 business days to see the credit show up on your account once the return/exchange is processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus a $50 return shipping fee which covers the return shipping back to us.
If an order is sent to customer but the customer does not take possession of the order or the order is returned to sender (Bijoux), the 10% restocking fee and the $50 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund once the shipment is returned to us in original condition.
Bijoux Wigs assumes no responsibility for any returned item lost during return transit if the package was not properly insured and/or incorrectly addressed and labeled by the sender.
Bijoux Wigs shall be the sole arbiter to determine if a wig has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it is returnable.
Refunds
Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Sale items and custom orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
Charges for cut and colour services are non-refundable.
