Returns and Exchanges

There is a 5-day return/exchange policy for all purchases from www.bijouxwigs.com provided the items are in new, unused and unaltered condition. Lace fronts must be intact, and color and cut must be in original selling condition. Custom orders (unless otherwise noted) are also subject to the same return policy as above. 

  • The 5-day return policy begins when your item is received from the shipping carrier. Bijoux Wigs uses a tracking system for all items shipped. 

  • Bijoux will email you UPS return paperwork, customs documentation and shipping labels that will be used for returning approved items within the return window. The customer will be responsible for the 50$ USD return shipping cost and this will be deducted from the refund amount. 

  • Please email info@bijouxwigs.com for assistance with Returns. 

  • A Bijoux Wigs representative will be in contact with you once the item is received and inspected to process the return/exchange.

  • Refunds/Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving. It can take up to 7 business days to see the credit show up on your account once the return/exchange is processed.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable. 

  • All returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus a 50$ return shipping fee which covers the return shipping back to us.

  • If an order is sent to customer but the customer does not take possession of the order or the order is returned to sender (Bijoux), the 10% restocking fee and the 50$ shipping fee will be deducted from the refund once the shipment is returned to us in original condition.  

Bijoux Wigs assumes no responsibility for any returned item lost during return transit if the package was not properly insured and/or incorrectly addressed and labeled by the sender.

Bijoux Wigs shall be the sole arbiter to determine if a wig has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it is returnable.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

Charges for cut and color services are non-refundable.
