Shipping Info
Shipping is complimentary unless noted.
Stock Purchases will be shipped out 1-3 business days after purchase date, unless otherwise noted. Custom orders will ship out once completed. Please contact us directly with any questions relating to our shipping timelines.
All shipments are sent fully insured and have a tracking number that will be sent to you once your shipment is sent out.
Shipments through UPS will typically take 2-3 business days. Any delays from the courier are not the responsibility of Bijoux Wigs, however we will do whatever we can to get you the most up to date information in case of any delays.
Receiver is responsible for any and all Duty, Customs or Import charges on the shipment. All additional charges based on the Receiver’s country are out of our control and the sole responsibility of the Receiver.
The customer is responsible for tracking the order once they have received the tracking number from Bijoux. If there is any issue or delay with shipment please reach out to us asap and we will reach out to UPS. If the customer is delayed in picking up the package from a UPS point within the timeline specified by UPS, and the package is returned to Bijoux, the 10% restocking fee and 50$ return shipping fee will be in effect and deducted from the refund once we receive the package and contents in original condition.
